Orders

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our range of
spirits and products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or
cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible at
fabulous@dorkingdistillery.co.uk.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and delivery address. Free local delivery or pickup may be available — check during checkout.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes — as we sell alcoholic products, someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery. Proof of age may be requested.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK. If you would like to order from abroad, please get in touch to arrange

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same or next working day depening on if the order is placed before or after 1:00pm. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume but you will be able to track your order through our courier company.

Age Verification

Do I need to be over 18 to buy your products?

Yes. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18. We reserve the right to verify your age before processing or delivering your order.

Returns & Refunds.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Full information on our returns page

Can I return an unwanted item?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used goods unless faulty. If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us at fabulous@dorkingdistillery.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.

Can I visit Dorking Distillery?

Yes! We love visitors. Check out our Visit Us pages for information about refills, opening hours and how to find us.

Nutrition & Ingredients

Are your spirits suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Yes, all of our core gins and spirits are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our production

Do your products contain allergens?

Our spirits do not contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or eggs. However, grapefruit is an ingredient in some of our recipes. Please note that our products are made in a facility that may handle other ingredients. If you have a specific
allergy, feel free to contact us for detailed information.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, our spirits are distilled in a way that removes gluten, making them suitable for people with gluten sensitivities. However, we recommend consulting your doctor if you are coeliac or highly sensitive.

Do your products contain sugar?

Most of our spirits contain no added sugar. Flavoured or liqueur-style spirits may
contain a small amount. Check the product description or contact us for specific details.

What is the ABV (alcohol by volume) of your spirits?

Our gins are 48% ABV
