Returns
We want you to love every bottle you buy from Dorking Distillery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. If you would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging.
- In the same condition that you received it.
Please email us at fabulous@dorkingdistillery.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note:
- We are unable to accept returns of opened bottles unless there is a quality issue.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
If the product was faulty or incorrect, we will refund the full purchase price along with any shipping costs you incurred.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at fabulous@dorkingdistillery.co.uk with photos and a description of the
issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
