Wonderfully uplifting, bursting with bright citrus from pink grapefruit and finishing with a lingering whisper of green cardamom. Fragrant and fresh, it captures the essence of summer—light, complex, and full of life.
Named after the delicate Dragontail butterfly, native to Cambodia’s Cardamom Mountains, this small yet striking creature inspired a gin that’s equally subtle and captivating.
Nose: Vibrant and fresh grapefruit and cardamom
Palate: Summery bright and sweet with a rich mouth feel and a bite of tart grapefruit giving way to fragrant cardamom.
Finish: Fragrant cardamom and a little spice from the cassia.
Gently distilled in small batches. Non-chill filtered.
How to serve: Serve in a copa glass with ice and tonic. Garnish with a twist of lime and a shard of lemongrass.
Ingredients: Pink grapefruit zest, green cardamom, cassia bark, angelica root, orris root, wild Kosovo juniper with grain base.
