An exquisitely crafted gin, distinguished by its bold spice profile and luxurious depth. Rich and full-bodied, yet remarkably smooth, it unfolds with layers of complex aromatics and refined citrus highlights. Warming notes of allspice, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and ginger create a harmonious spice blend, elegantly lifted by a bright touch of zesty lime and the timeless essence of piney juniper.
Inspired by the Year of the Monkey and Reuben’s House Rub from the Dorking Butchers, this exceptional spirit takes its name from the character it embodies—bold, spirited, and unmistakably refined.
Nose: Bold aromatic spiced pine
Palate: Warming aromatic spices take centre stage with zesty lime cutting through, blending well with piney juniper.
Finish: Continued heat of punchy allspice and ginger.
Gently distilled in small batches. Non-chill filtered.
How to serve: Serve in a copa glass with ice and tonic. Garnish with a shard of sweet red pepper, a slapped sage leaf and a twist of lime.
Ingredients: Lime zest, ginger, thyme, black peppercorns, allspice, cumin, coriander seed, Croatian juniper with grain base.
