Ginger Cat is a luxurious spirit with a silky-smooth texture and a delicately spiced character. Its opulent flavour profile features an array of captivating botanicals, including South American tonka bean, Iranian orange blossom, cinnamon, orange zest, and a hint of ginger. Fiery yet refined, Ginger Cat is bold, complex, and undeniably delicious.
Created in 2019 by then-head distiller Reeba, the expression was crafted in homage to her beloved ginger cat.
Nose: Lightly spiced hot-cross bun
Palate: Silky smooth, delicately spiced, vibrant and opulent.
Finish: Cinnamon, tonka fragrance.
Gently distilled in a small batches. Non-chill filtered.
How to serve: Serve in a high ball glass with ice and tonic. We like to garnish with dehydrated orange and a cinnamon stick.
Ingredients: Silky smooth tonka from South America, Iranian orange flowers, cinnamon, orange zest and a little ginger, Kosovo juniper with grain base.
