Insane Ostrich is a bold take on a classic London Dry Gin — crafted for extraordinary people. Bright, clean juniper from Kosovo leads the way, perfectly balanced with zesty lemon and lime, coriander seed, and a touch of cubeb pepper for a subtle spice.

Nose: Aromatic citrus and pine. The scent of adventure!

Texture: Creamy, rich and as smooth as laminar airflow.

Palate: Piney juniper core with zest and pepper. Sweet and skilfully balanced.

Finish: Clean fragrant juniper; dry and enduring.

Gently distilled in a small batches. Non-chill filtered.

How to serve: Serve in a copa glass with ice and tonic. We like to garnish simply with a twist of lime zest.
